Our Non-Reflective 4″ Ceramic Pavement Markers are designed to meet stringent requirements for durability, functionality, and appearance in various roadway applications. These markers adhere to a set of specifications to ensure their reliability and effectiveness.

• Convex Design: Each marker boasts a gently curved, convex top surface, ensuring an optimal change in curvature for seamless integration into road surfaces.
• Impeccable Finish: The top, bottom, and sides of the markers are free of any unsightly marks or discoloration that may compromise adhesion or appearance.
• Enhanced Bonding: The bottom of the markers features strategically placed protrusions and indentations, increasing the adhesive’s bonding surface area. The bottom surface remains flat within strict tolerance, with protrusions projecting approximately 0.04 inch.
• High-Quality Material: These markers are crafted from a heat-fired, vitreous ceramic base and possess an opaque, glazed surface that meets specified requirements. The markers are produced from a blend of meticulously mixed clays, shales, talcs, flints, feldspars, and other inorganic materials to ensure desired properties.
• Uniform and Defect-Free: Each marker undergoes thorough and consistent maturation to guarantee uniformity and freedom from defects that could impact appearance or functionality.
• Stringent Testing: The markers conform to the rigorous testing requirements outlined in California Test 669.
